SMC is currently providing a maintenance contract to Palm Beach Aggrates. This contract provides the maintenance and operation of a BE 1260 Dragline and a Marion 191 loading shovel staffed with highly qualified personnel. As of Jan. 1, 2009, SMC has renewed a five year extension for this maintenance and operation contract.
Armstrong Coal, Madisonville, Ky
SMC was awarded a contract in September of 2007 to relocate three 752 Page Draglines. The first dragline went into operation in July of 2008, the second and third began operating April of 2010. Next SMC was awarded a contract to move a BE 770 from Colorado to Kentucky. This dragline will go into operation in January of 2011. |
